3. We own the car, repair the car, maintain the car. You lease the car!
4. The City of Virginia Beach requires a DMV record check and a criminal background check.
5. All drivers attend the National Safety Council's Defensive Driving Course.
6. Learn how to be a taxi driver by riding around with an experienced driver.
7. Many veteran drivers have made their careers as taxi drivers driving a Black & White.
